The study would be using a mixed research methodology and combine approaches of survey based empirical study and connect the findings with social media analytics of discussions in Twitter in NCR.

These enterprise need to adopt the new technologies to sustain the growth and exploit new market opportunities of the networked world. Popular press repeatedly claims that businesses in the high income countries are able to adopt and use various social media platforms for their advantage. The studies on the impact of ICTs, especially in the growth of SMEs seem to be unclear. Given that the penetration of mobile web is growing faster, the causal linkage between use of social media platforms and its impact on growth of SMEs needs to be studied.
